Gilles Deparis is an Expert in Outsourcing Management and key methodologies COBIT, ITIL, CMMi and eSCM.
From 2002 to 2005, Gilles was in charge of the Econocom Group’s Outsourcing Business Unit after working seven years for Euriware (the IT Services subsidiary of the AREVA Group) first as Manager of the Lyon-Chambéry Teleservices Centre, then as Manager of Operations of the Paris area (Ile de France) Outsourcing Unit.
A Graduate in Mathematics and Human Sciences from the University of Paris VI and with an MBA from the HEC Business School, Gilles began his career in the Saint-Gobain Group with assignments in the Finance and Information Systems Departments. From 1984 to 1994, he co-founded and developed Graphael, a CAD and Artificial Intelligence start-up, then worked as Administrative and Financial Director.
