Robert Saterfield is a world-class expert and analyst, associated with the BIT Group for the fields of outsourcing and American IT providers & vendors.
Robert has more than 30 years of experience; he has worked for leading IT groups such as CSC and he has started up and sold several IT services companies.
His key interests deal with outsourcing and the transformation of IT and Finance departments. An independent consultant since 1996, sharing his time between the USA and the UK, he partners with the BIT Group for (1) bringing a genuine view of the American market, (2) helping “new entrant” IT vendors to get installed in Europe, and (3) getting IT services providers positioning and perception studies in Continental Europe. Robert has a BS/MS in computer science.
