Jacques Heitzman is an Expert and Senior Analyst « Telecoms & IP Communications Convergence » at BIT Group, capitalising on his extensive experience in telecoms technologies and the associated evolutions : ToIP (IP telephony), UC (Communications Unifiées) and NGN(Next Generation Network).
Founder and CEO of JAITO since 2002, Jacques analyses these evolutions and advises Telcos as well as Enterprises to define and implement the different steps of the evolution towards IP: strategy, audit, tenders and LOB assistance.
Among others, as Telecoms Business Unit Manager at PWCC, Jacques has successfully completed numerous missions aimed at introducing new telecoms technologies (access, UMTS).
Previously, Jacques had accumulated a strong experience in the telecommunications field. He started his career at the French Ministry of Interior, Telecoms Service, then joined the international Division of France Telecom before moving to Capgemini Telecom as strategic IT projects Director. In 1994, he was hired as Strategic Marketing Manager for the « Network Management Products » BU at Alcatel.
Jacques is a Graduate (MA)of Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris and Telecoms Engineer (MS), Télécom Paris Tech.
